This week’s word:
Warranty Adjudicator

Warranty Adjudicator:  When a warranty claim is made, your case will need to be approved by the “adjudicator”. This person’s role is to determine that your claim falls under the warranty guidelines.

The adjudicator will also oversee the repair or replacement of a defective product by guiding your customer through the stages of the claim life-cycle.

This can include any number of interactions between you, your customer, service partners and Original Manufactures.

The dictionary definition of adjudication is:

1. To hear and settle (a case) by judicial procedure.
2. To study and settle (a dispute or conflict)
3. To act as a judge.
